Battery care
Use only the stated replacement chemistry and capacity. Never short-circuit, puncture, burn or dismantle a cell. Recharge stored lithium products every three months and take exhausted batteries to an approved collection point.
IP & weather
IP65 handles ordinary rain and garden spray, not immersion or pressure washing. IP44 items need a sheltered position. Keep USB ports capped and bring glass or parasol pieces indoors for severe weather.
Wire-free setup
The range uses stakes, clips, adhesive pads, screws, hanging straps or freestanding placement. It does not connect to fixed mains wiring. For any fixed electrical work, consult a qualified electrician outside this store.
Safety markings
Applicable battery and electronic products carry CE or UKCA conformity information and RoHS material declarations for their market. Keep the supplied manual. A marking does not remove the need to follow battery, weather and child-safety instructions.
Orders & returns
Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Standard returns are available for 30 days, extended to 60 days for active paid members. Contact support before sending any lithium product so the correct carrier method can be used.
