Store and seller

Solivio is operated by CUSTOM SOLAR (MK) LIMITED, 8 Denbigh Hall Industrial Estate, Denbigh Hall Drive, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK3 7QT, United Kingdom. These terms govern purchases of physical consumer solar garden, outdoor and portable lighting, phone-scale solar charging accessories and Solivio Club memberships in USD.

Products and suitability

Images show a faithful scene and product representation, but colour, texture and apparent brightness vary by display and environment. Dimensions, included items, panel rating, battery, light output, IP rating and installation method appear on each product page.

Products are wire-free consumer goods. We do not sell rooftop photovoltaic systems, high-capacity storage or electrical installation, and we do not provide electrician services. Use a qualified electrician for work involving fixed mains wiring.

Sunlight and performance

Solar charging and light runtime vary with weather, season, panel angle, shade, temperature, battery condition and selected brightness. We do not guarantee a fixed energy output, runtime or financial saving. Reduced performance in overcast or obstructed conditions is normal. “Up to” values describe a range under relevant conditions, not a guarantee. Place panels where they receive the clearest practical daylight and follow the care guide.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices and checkout are in USD. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue confirmation. We may refuse or cancel before dispatch for stock error, suspected fraud, carrier restriction, incorrect price or unlawful destination, with a prompt refund to the original method.

Payment is processed by the selected payment provider. We do not handle full card numbers. Import tax and duties are described in the Shipping Policy.

Solivio Club

Sun Club and Sun Studio renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Benefits apply while payment is current. There are no points, stored balances or rollover credits. Yearly prices are lower than twelve monthly payments.

Studio includes one limited physical outdoor solar light per quarter, subject to destination shipping and battery restrictions. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the paid period continues. Goods already dispatched follow the published return conditions.

Safety and care

Do not short-circuit, puncture, dismantle, burn or expose batteries to excessive heat. Use only the stated charging method and replacement cell type. Keep USB ports dry and do not immerse products beyond their stated IP rating. IP ratings do not cover every condition, chemical or pressure wash.

Keep small parts away from children under 3. Users aged 13–17 require supervision. Products make no pest-control, sterilisation, security or emergency-rescue guarantee.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses caused by installation contrary to instructions, predictable sunlight variation, misuse, unauthorised alteration, ordinary battery ageing or an event beyond reasonable control.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and forum rights of their home country. Contact support@custtomsolarmk.shop first so we can seek a fair resolution.
